OCALA, Fla. (March 10, 2017) – 10 Training is pleased to announce support from Husqvarna Motorcycles North America in 2017. The school was founded by professional Flat Track/Supermoto racer, Johnny Lewis, with the concept of providing custom-fit programs for riders to help them achieve their riding goals. The ability to offer a more personal experience for beginners and professional riders alike is rewarding for Lewis and his family. The addition of Husqvarna Motorcycles to an already successful program is exciting for Lewis.

“When attending our school you become like family.” Lewis said. “We want to know you, and you to know us. We build relationships, and there is as much pride in your progression from us as there is within yourself. I’m very happy to have the support of Husqvarna Motorcycles for the 2017 season, the brand and its heritage is a perfect fit for 10 Training and our vision of motorcycle riding and racing.”

Husqvarna also looks forward to supporting 10 Training’s unique program as the brand believes in supporting learn-to-ride programs that help grow the sport of motorcycling.

“We are excited to be a part of 10 Training’s program as we strive to be a brand that encourages learn-to-ride efforts and supports industry initiatives that help to grow the sport of motorcycling,” said Jenna Parker, Husqvarna Motorcycle North America's Marketing Manager. “With our pioneering spirit, we wish to see great success from supporting initiatives that make motorcycling a more welcoming and inviting sport for all. The 10 Training program is an exemplary school that we are proud to endorse.”

Husqvarna has many models in its 2017 line-up, that are a perfect fit for 10 Training’s multi-discipline approach; the FC250, FC450, TE150, 701 Enduro (more models to come). For newbies, additional mini bikes are available for rent. There are endless possibilities for fun on and off the bike as 10 Training helps you progress your riding skills and gain confidence.

“Here at 10 Training, programs are custom-fit to help you meet your riding goals,” Lewis explained. “Whether you have a focus on racing or just want to improve your riding skills, we’ll customize a program to suit your needs. Beginners to professionals, we offer multiple packages – usually anywhere from one-day to five-day programs that have smaller group sizes, often just one to three riders, in order to provide a more personal, one-on-one approach with our students. It is comprehensive training on and off the bike. We believe improving your skills on a motorcycle is not limited to seat time on two wheels with a motor. We work on cardio, balance, alignment, concentration, cross-training and more. For those with aims in professional racing, we offer marketing training as well. It really is a holistic approach to reaching your true potential on a motorcycle.”

Although Johnny is best known for his success in American Flat Track and AMA Supermoto, he has a background in multiple disciplines, including road racing and off-road. As such, 10 Training is not limited to one-discipline of motorcycle riding. 10 Training’s facility base in Ocala, Florida is centrally located between multiple locations that allow him to offer flat track (both short track & TT), motocross, supermoto and off-road training.

There is also a local bike shop where you can rent a mountain bike or road bicycle for cross-training during your time at 10 Training. This place has it all: a quarter mile short track and TT on the property plus the "10 House", a bunk house providing accommodations during your stay! The facility backs up to an off-road facility (HardRock MX) that easily allows Johnny to provide additional training on MX or enduro tracks to develop or progress a rider's skill level. Local mountain bike trails just miles down the road offer endless cardio training for students! Bring your own motorcycle or rent a bike through 10 Training. Need a MTB or road bicycle? No worries, rental service provided through the local bicycle shop. Into eating a plant-based diet? Ask about having meals provided and take a load off yourself. Drive or fly.
