Online Ticket Sales Now Available For Lima Half-Mile

CLIO, Mich. (April 21, 2017) – The promoters of the Lima Half-Mile presented by Indian Motorcycle are pleased to announce that for the first time ever, fans can purchase advance tickets online and make seat selections for one of American Flat Track’s revered events on Saturday, June 24.

“Fairgrounds pea gravel half-mile racing is old school, but we want to modernize the fan experience, which is why we added online ticket sales,” said Jared Mees, four-time Grand National Champion/race promoter. “Nowadays people do everything online, so we recognized it was time to offer our fans the option of picking their seats and buying tickets online.”

The Allen County Fairground’s half-mile track features some of the best racing on the American Flat Track circuit. The pea gravel surface and 85-feet wide corners allow for exciting, multi-line racing at high speeds. In its 34^th running, the Lima Half-Mile is also one of the longest running and most popular races in the American Flat Track series. With an atmosphere unlike any other venue this race is unique. Fans can pack the huge grandstands, which span the entire front straightaway, and also surround the fence on the outside of the track.
