DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (July 20, 2018) – It’s that time of year again, and for this year’s X Games, Richie Morris Racing (RMR) is bringing a double threat to Minneapolis – Davis Fisher and Ryan Wells. The two former American Flat Track AFT Singles Champions will be looking to take home some medals aboard the RMR/Double D’s Performance Indian Motorcycle backed by Hideaway at Cave Creek Scout FTR750s.

Carrying the banner for the team full-time in the American Flat Track AFT Twins Championship, Davis Fisher looks forward to his third X Games appearance. The 2015 American Flat Track AFT Singles Champion looks to keep his Main event streak going in 2018, even though the bar is raised with only a six-rider Main.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the X Games for the third year in a row,” said Fisher. “It is always an honor to participate in an event where all the top athletes in extreme sports compete. The smaller track and the new format this year will make it tougher, but I have made it into the final race the past two years, and I’m hoping to repeat that and better on the RMR/Double D’s Indian Scout.

Returning to Twins racing is 2016 Singles Champion Ryan Wells, who spearheads the team’s title hopes in American Flat Track AFT Singles. With the support of Double D’s Performance of Scottsdale, Ariz., Wells also looks to take top results in his sophomore appearance at the X Games on a machine with proven results.

“I’m super excited to be given the opportunity to hop back on a Twin for my second appearance at the X Games!” Wells said. “Especially with that Twin being an Indian that’s proven to be highly competitive. I've missed riding a twin since the 2017 season so I can’t wait to get back on one and on the biggest stage of the year!”
